DESIGN & PRODUCTION REVIEW
We review your design, reference images, materials, stones, dimensions, target price, and quality requirements before production begins. Our team identifies potential challenges early and recommends the most suitable construction and manufacturing method.
02.
CAD DEVELOPMENT & PROTOTYPING
Our CAD specialists transform approved designs into precise 3D models. Each model is developed with careful attention to appearance, proportion, comfort, strength, weight, stone setting, and production feasibility.
03.
MODEL MAKING
The approved CAD model is printed and refined to create an accurate master model. For intricate or highly detailed designs, our experienced modelmakers and goldsmiths may also complete or adjust parts by hand. suitable construction and manufacturing method.
04.
MOULD MAKING & WAX INJECTION
A mould is created from the approved master model to reproduce the design consistently. Each wax piece is carefully injected and inspected before moving to casting. manufacturing method.
05.
CASTING
The wax models are cast in the selected metal using controlled casting methods. Our casting team monitors each batch carefully to achieve accurate shapes, clean details, and reliable results.
06.
ASSEMBLY, SOLDERING & LASER WORK
Components are prepared, aligned, soldered, laser welded, and assembled according to the approved design and construction. Every connection is checked for strength, accuracy, and function.
07.
FILING & POLISHING
Each piece is carefully filed, shaped, smoothed, and polished. This stage removes casting marks, improves surface quality, and prepares the jewelry for stone setting, plating, or final finishing.
08.
STONE SETTING
Stones are selected, positioned, and securely set using the most suitable setting method for the design. Our setters check alignment, security, appearance, and consistency throughout the process.
09.
PLATING & SURFACE FINISHING
Jewelry can be polished, brushed, textured, oxidized, plated, enamelled, or finished with resin according to the approved specifications. The finish is carefully controlled to achieve the intended color, texture, and appearance.
10.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control is built into every stage of production, not added only at the end. We inspect dimensions, construction, stone setting, surface finish, plating, function, quantity, and overall consistency before approval.
11.
METAL & PLATING TESTING
Upon customer request, additional metal-composition or plating-thickness testing can be arranged at the customer’s cost. Depending on the project, XRF or other suitable testing methods may be used to verify that the metal and plating meet the agreed specifications.
12.
PACKING & DELIVERY
Finished jewelry is cleaned, counted, inspected, protected, and carefully packed for shipment.
Custom packaging, labels, cards, boxes, and other brand-specific requirements can also be arranged at the customer’s cost.

Your designs, CAD files, samples, specifications, and product information are treated as confidential and kept exclusively for your use. We will never sell, reproduce, or offer your design to another customer. Your products are manufactured exclusively for your brand. This allows you to develop your collection with confidence, knowing that your designs and commercial interests are respected throughout our partnership.
