Quality is not something we check only when production is finished. It is built into the entire process—from the approved sample and material preparation to manufacturing, final inspection, and packing. Our quality team works closely with production to protect design accuracy, workmanship, consistency, function, and finish. Every order is checked against the approved specifications before it is released for shipment.Â

01 CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIALS QUALITY CHECK

Customers are welcome to provide their own gemstones, diamonds, pearls, beads, and other decorative materials. Before production begins, our team checks the supplied materials for important details such as size, shape, color consistency, condition, drilling, and setting compatibility. When we identify a concern, we will inform you before moving forward and may recommend testing or adjustments to reduce the risk.
Even after inspection, some natural or delicate materials may contain hidden internal characteristics that cannot be detected in advance. Cracking, chipping, breakage, discoloration, or other damage may still occur during setting, soldering, polishing, plating, cleaning, or other normal production processes. We handle every supplied stone and material with great care and always do our best to set each piece securely and beautifully. However, because these risks cannot always be predicted or completely avoided, we cannot accept responsibility for unavoidable damage to customer-supplied materials during production.

02Â APPROVED SAMPLE STANDARD
ONE CLEAR STANDARD FOR PRODUCTION
Before bulk production begins, the approved sample, CAD file, technical specifications, material details, plating requirements, stone information, and finishing instructions are reviewed and confirmed. The approved sample becomes the main production reference for:

This gives our production and quality teams a clear standard to follow throughout the order.Where handmade processes, natural stones, pearls, enamel, textures, or other variable materials are involved, minor differences may naturally occur. These characteristics are discussed and controlled within the agreed quality standard.
03Â Â IN-PROCESS QUALITY CHECKS
PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED BEFORE THEY MOVE FORWARD
Quality checks are performed throughout production—not only after the jewelry is completed. At key stages, our teams inspect the work before it moves to the next department. Depending on the design, this may include checks during:
Our team checks for issues such as incorrect dimensions, incomplete details, weak connections, uneven surfaces, loose stones, poor alignment, plating defects, and functional problems.
Identifying concerns early helps reduce repeated work, maintain consistency, and prevent avoidable issues from continuing through production.
04Â Â FINAL INSPECTION
EVERY PIECE CHECKED BEFORE APPROVAL
Once production is complete, the jewelry goes through a final quality inspection based on the approved sample and confirmed specifications.
Depending on the product, the inspection may include:
- Appearance
Overall shape, proportion, color, texture, polish, plating, and visual consistency. - Dimensions and Weight
Important measurements, size, thickness, and agreed weight requirements. - Construction
Assembly accuracy, soldering points, hinges, clasps, locks, jump rings, chains, and moving parts - Stone Setting
Stone quantity, position, alignment, security, condition, and overall appearance. - Surface Quality Scratches, dents, casting marks, sharp edges, porosity, excess solder, uneven polishing, and visible finishing defects.
- Function and Wearability
Opening and closing mechanisms, comfort, balance, movement, and suitability for its intended use. - Quantity and Order Accuracy
Style, size, finish, stone option, quantity, and other order details are checked before packing.
Pieces that do not meet the agreed standard are separated for correction, review, or replacement before approval.
05Â Â IN-PROCESS QUALITY CHECKS
CORRECT PRODUCT. CORRECT QUANTITY. CAREFULLY PROTECTED.
After final inspection, approved jewelry is cleaned, counted, sorted, and carefully packed for shipment.
Before the order is released, our team verifies:
Standard protective packing is used to reduce movement, scratching, tangling, and damage during transportation. Custom packaging, cards, labels, boxes, barcodes, and other brand-specific requirements can also be arranged at the customer’s cost.
06Â Â METAL AND PLATING TESTING
INTERNAL QUALITY CHECKS. INDEPENDENT CERTIFICATION WHEN REQUIRED.
As part of our normal quality-control process, we carry out internal checks on materials, metal composition, and plating according to the agreed production specifications.
For customers who require an official test report or certificate, independent laboratory testing can also be arranged through a recognized institution, such as GIT, at the customer’s cost. Testing requirements should be confirmed before production so we can arrange the appropriate test method, sample quantity, fees, and additional lead time.
