WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU WORK WITH?
Brass, sterling silver, yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold.
- Yellow gold: 9K, 10K, 14K, 18K
- White and rose gold: 9K, 10K, 14K
WHAT PLATING COLORS ARE AVAILABLE ?
Silver, yellow gold, rose gold, rhodium, black ruthenium, and E-coating.
WHAT IS E-COATING?
E-coating is a clear protective layer applied over the plating to help improve durability and reduce tarnishing and wear.
WHAT PLATING THICKNESSES ARE AVAILABLE?
Flash plating, 0.5 micron, 1 micron, 2 microns, 2.5 microns, 3 microns, and 5 microns.
*Gold plating of 2.5 microns or more over sterling silver may be considered vermeil.
DO YOU OFFER RECYCLED METALS?
Yes, recycled metal options are available with RJC certification.
WHAT STONES AND OTHER MATERIALS DO YOU WORK WITH?
Glass beads, pearls, natural stones, imitation stones, natural gemstones, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, epoxy resin, and enamel. Other materials may also be sourced upon request.
IS YOUR JEWELRY NICKEL- AND LEAD-FREE?
Yes, all our jewelry is nickel-, lead-, and cadmium-free.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?
10–30 pieces per design, depending on the material.
DO YOU SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES AND STARTUPS?
Yes, small businesses and new brands are welcome. Low MOQs are available depending on the design and materials.
WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
Send us a photo, drawing, or sample product with your preferred metal, stones, plating colour and thickness, size, and quantity. Not sure about every detail? Don’t worry—our team can help guide you.
DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES BEFORE BULK PRODUCTION?
Yes. Samples are made for your approval before bulk production, and the final order will strictly follow the approved sample.
HOW LONG DO SAMPLING AND BULK PRODUCTION TAKE?
Sampling usually takes 2–3 weeks, while bulk production takes approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on the design and order requirements.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A CAD FILE? WILL IT SPEED UP SAMPLING?
Yes. A production-ready CAD file can help shorten the sampling process.
CAN YOU PACK OUR PRODUCTS USING OUR BRANDED PACKAGING?
Yes. You can provide your boxes or packaging materials, and we can pack the products according to your instructions. Additional packing fees may apply depending on the requirements.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another preferred courier upon request, at the customer’s expense.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
A 30% deposit is required before starting the project, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We accept bank transfer, Alipay, and PayPal. Transaction fees may apply depending on the payment platform.
