FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINISHED JEWELRY

Full-Package
Jewelry Production

For brands looking for a complete manufacturing partner, our Full-Package Jewelry Production service supports the entire journey from early development through final delivery. You can come to us with an idea, sketch, reference image, CAD file, technical drawing, existing design, or collection concept.

Before sampling begins, our team reviews the design, proportions, construction, materials, stones, dimensions, weight, finishes, plating, components, quantity, production feasibility, and quality requirements.

Where necessary, we may recommend adjustments to improve durability, consistency, manufacturability, or production efficiency while keeping the original design direction in mind. Once the design is ready, we move through sampling and approval before beginning production.

Depending on the product, manufacturing may include mold making, wax production, casting, cutting, soldering, assembly, stone setting, polishing, surface finishing, plating, functional testing, quality inspection, final cleaning, and packing.

Throughout production, our team checks the work against the approved sample and specifications. Before shipment, the finished jewelry is reviewed again for appearance, construction, dimensions, stone setting, finishing, plating, function, and overall consistency.

TEST QUALITY. SCALE WITH CONFIDENCE.

Sampling & Small-Batch Production

For brands that want to develop, refine, or test a jewelry design before moving into larger production.

A design can look very different as a finished physical product compared with how it appears in a sketch, CAD file, or digital rendering.

Before creating the first sample, our team reviews the proportions, dimensions, construction, thickness, weight, materials, stones, setting, connections, comfort, finishing, plating, and functionality.

Once the first physical sample is completed, you can review the piece and provide feedback. Where necessary, we can refine the size, thickness, weight, stone setting, construction, connections, surface finish, plating, comfort, or functional details.

Once the final sample is approved, you can move directly into a small production batch. This allows you to evaluate craftsmanship, consistency, stone setting, finishing, plating, production quality, customer response, and market potential before increasing your quantity. The approved sample and confirmed specifications then become the reference standard for future production.

Best for: New designs, first-time customers, product testing, limited launches, new collections, and brands that want to confirm quality before scaling.

MOVE OR EXPAND YOUR PRODUCTION

Existing Design Production

Already have established products, approved samples, CAD files, or an existing jewelry collection?

Our Existing Design Production service is designed for brands looking for a new manufacturing partner, additional production capacity, or a dependable second supplier.

You may be considering another factory because of limited capacity, inconsistent quality, long lead times, communication difficulties, increasing order quantities, pricing changes, supply-chain concerns, or the need for a second production source.

You can send us your existing jewelry product, approved sample, CAD file, technical drawing, specifications, material information, stone details, or finish and plating requirements.

Our team will review the construction, dimensions, weight, materials, stone setting, finishing, components, production requirements, feasibility, and pricing.

Where appropriate, we can first reproduce a trial sample for your approval so you can compare our workmanship with your existing product before transferring or expanding production.

If your existing product is already approved and does not require significant modification, our goal is not to unnecessarily redesign it. We focus on reproducing it as accurately and consistently as possible while establishing a reliable production process for future orders.

Best for: Established jewelry brands, growing collections, factory transfers, second-supplier sourcing, additional capacity, and repeat production.

Your Design Is Already Proven.
Your Production Partner Should Be Too.

GET THE IMPORTANT DETAILS RIGHT
BEFORE SAMPLING BEGINS

Pre-Production Consultation

Not every project is ready to move directly into sampling.

You may have an idea, reference image, early sketch, incomplete CAD file, or collection concept but still need help deciding how the product should be made.

Our Pre-Production Consultation service helps you review the project before investing in sampling and production.

Depending on the project, we can help you consider product construction, dimensions, proportions, metal selection, stones, setting methods, finishing, plating, chains, clasps, components, weight, durability, production feasibility, quantity, MOQ, potential cost factors, and possible production challenges.

The purpose is simple: to help you make better production decisions before time and cost are invested in the wrong direction.

Best for: New jewelry brands, first collections, early-stage concepts, technically challenging products, and customers who need production guidance before sampling.
